One obvious epidemiological question is that why the providences next to Wuhan (which was locked down around January 23rd) there was so minimal infection rate whereas later in Europe in particular Italy/Mexico and now in USA are such as severe infection rate. If we consider that Wuhan is the epicenter of the COVID-19, how did the people come out even the lockdown started so early and so minimal effect in closer areas rather than severity around 5000 miles apart? Did face musk the fundamental difference?

1- when to consider re-swabbing patients who test negative for covid-19 but there is a strong clinical suspicion Of the diagnosis. 2- Some SNFs here are asking for re-testing covid patients prior to transferring back to them after they have been stabilized. Is there an indication to do so? and if yes , when Should we do that ? 3- With covid-19 induced ARDS , do you use high or normal to low PEEP ? Any evidence to support your answer ? 4-your input on some reports considering ACE inhibitors and ARBs as a risk factor for ARDS in covid patients.
