Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital, Capital Medical University Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital is a Level III A general hospital that integrates medical care, physician training and clinical research and has been serving patients in Beijing and other areas across China since February 1958. Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital is the third teaching hospital affiliated with Capital Medical University in China.

The clinical staff at Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital provide more than 3.8 million-man hours of outpatient treatment and more than 78,000-man hours of inpatient treatment per year and manage approximately 29,000 surgical cases annually. The cardiac arrhythmias section at the Beijing Chao-Yang Heart Center includes leading experts in the field of electrophysiology in China. In 2019, the cardiac electrophysiology team at Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital, which includes 12 faculty members, performed more than 1000 procedures, including over 700 catheter ablation procedures and nearly 300 pacemaker implantations. The electrophysiology team at Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital is renowned for their integrated approach to individualized interventional treatment of patients with persistent atrial fibrillation. Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital is one of the few general hospitals in China that offer patients with persistent atrial fibrillation a wide range of treatment options, including catheter ablation, one-stop or staged hybrid ablation, left atrial appendage closure, and atrioventricular node ablation combined with left bundle branch pacing.
